Scenario: Performer
Assistant SharePoint Products and Technology in Step 2 or 3 showed the error message.
After validating that the Windows firewall was off or the rules of the necessary ports open.
After opening or FireWall revise the rules of the company and still get the same error.
After doing a telnet from another computer to the server on ports could be answered in the machine but no, this was an indicator that something inside was blocking these ports on Windows 2008 R2
Solution: The
problem was in front of our noses, were doing the installation via remote desktop. The Windows Remote Desktop is an option that must be turned to open the ports.
