Error on installing SharePoint 2010: No Connection Could Be Made Because The Target Machine Actively Refused it

The error detail is as follows:

No connection Could Be Made Because The Target Machine Actively Refused it
---> System.Net.WebException: Unable to connect to the remote server --->
System . Net.Sockets.SocketException: No Connection Could Be Made Because The Target Machine Actively Refused it at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.DoConnect

Scenario: Performer

Assistant SharePoint Products and Technology in Step 2 or 3 showed the error message.

After validating that the Windows firewall was off or the rules of the necessary ports open.

After opening or FireWall revise the rules of the company and still get the same error.

After doing a telnet from another computer to the server on ports could be answered in the machine but no, this was an indicator that something inside was blocking these ports on Windows 2008 R2

Solution: The

problem was in front of our noses, were doing the installation via remote desktop. The Windows Remote Desktop is an option that must be turned to open the ports.

This image in SharePoint 2010, which was the image I had on hand the information that displays 2007 is the same.

This will show a list of Web items that say say Open = You can not delete them anyway because you are not using and error to score even more. Excellent

Windows application for SharePoint 2007 to take an inventory of installed Web Parts and Web Application eliminate that failed or no longer have installed but it is the reference feature in the codeplex site:

http://featureadmin.codeplex.com/

This will help to eliminate features that are not properly installed or are orphans, to prepare a migration or to clean the SharePoint installation.

Although the examples are the references where I own part of the information listed in and special thanks for their contribution to the community at
